Job Description
Traveling Plumbing Foreman leads plumbing crews on new construction and remodeling projects across the U.S., overseeing daily field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Requirements
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise plumbing crews on active job sites
- Assign work based on skill level and project needs
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with other trades and project teams to maintain workflow
- Monitor schedules, productivity, and job progress
- Perform quality checks to ensure code and spec compliance
- Enforce safety standards and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve field issues as they arise
- Communicate updates with project managers and stakeholders
