Traveling Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing crews on new construction and remodeling projects across the U.S. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards while mentoring and developing team members.

Requirements

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise plumbing crews on active job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with other trades and project teams to maintain workflow
• Perform quality checks to ensure code and spec compliance
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues as they arise
• Communicate updates with project managers and stakeholders
