We are seeking an Instructional Assistant to join our team at Aug Prep North Campus. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and a bachelor's degree preferred. They will work collaboratively with teachers to provide a high-quality educational experience for students. The role requires strong multitasking skills, effective communication, and a commitment to the St. Augustine Preparatory mission and model.

Requirements

• High School diploma required, bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Active participation in a Christian church
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrates strong multitasking skills, supports students' emotional needs with empathy, contributes as a collaborative team member, and remains flexible during schedule changes or unexpected shifts
