We are seeking a K4-2nd Grade Instructional Assistant to join our team at Aug Prep South Campus. In this role, you will execute instructional activities, communicate with students, families, and colleagues, and demonstrate God's love to students and families.

Requirements

• High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Active participation in a Christian church
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrates strong multitasking skills, supports students' emotional needs with empathy, contributes as a collaborative team member, and remains flexible during schedule changes or unexpected shifts
