Job Description
The Dean of Student Success will lead the work of shaping and sustaining Aug Prep's high school culture, ensuring students internalize Aug Prep's values for academic excellence and behavior expectations. They will promote attitudes, behaviors, and skills for improved learning, including behavior modification, attendance, and academic success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Active participation in a Christian church
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Team player committed to the St. Augustine Preparatory mission and model
- Proven ability in using student-level data to guide instructional decisions
- Demonstrated teacher leadership with strong pedagogical knowledge and content expertise or clinical experience with adolescent youth
- Highest integrity and ability to live the values, beliefs, and culture of St. Augustine Prep
