Job Description
K4 - 8th Dean of Student Success role at Aug Prep, a community-driven school that fosters excellence, faith, and holistic education. The Dean will shape and sustain the school's culture, ensuring students internalize values for academic excellence and behavior expectations. Responsibilities include promoting student attitudes, behaviors, and skills for improved learning, collecting and managing culture metrics, and providing wraparound support to students in need.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- State teaching license not required
- Active participation in a Christian church
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Team player committed to the St. Augustine Preparatory mission and model
- Proven ability in using student-level data to guide instructional decisions
- Demonstrated teacher leadership with strong pedagogical knowledge and content expertise or clinical experience with adolescent youth
- Ability to live the values, beliefs, and culture of St. Augustine Prep
