Responsible for building a Christ-centered, competitive, and development-focused team culture, leading practices, games, and team functions, and creating a positive team environment. Must have a deep belief in the ability of every child, alignment with Aug Prep's Mission, and strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Experience in coaching basketball (3+ years preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• CPR and AED certification preferred
• Active participation in a local church
• Team player with a service mindset and high character
