Job Description
Advanced Practice Provider, Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA-C), provides medical and appropriate outpatient care to patients of all ages. The APP will work in a Medical Home environment, coordinating medical, ancillary, nursing, and other services to achieve the best and most cost-effective outcomes for patients.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies or Master of Science in Nursing
- Unrestricted Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner license
- NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants, AANC or ANNP certification for Nurse Practitioners
- Federal DEA number
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Epic HER software experience
- 2+ years’ experience in an active Family Medicine practice
