Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine

The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction. The role involves performing patient assessments, establishing plans of care, collaborating with other healthcare providers, and contributing to the educational development of staff, patients, and family.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio, and Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Ohio, or Current Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Ohio
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master's Degree from an accredited PA educational program
