Requirements

• Prepares food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
• Follows recipe cards and production, portion, and presentation standards
• Maintains clean and organized work areas
• Operates and maintains standard kitchen equipment
• Dates and rotates food containers and inventory
• Monitors quality and customer feedback
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with food service caregivers
