The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, and provides treatment and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. Works with family and team members regarding patient’s abilities and goals.
Requirements
- Must have necessary requisites for licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to meet St. Charles Health System driving requirements.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One year of experience with therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices.
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
