Occupational Therapist Pediatric Outpatient

Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic services, including evaluation, treatment, and education to pediatric patients. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to monitor treatment activities and complete documentation. Maintains updated license and submits evidence of status to supervisor.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited OT school
• Successful completion of clinical internship
• Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred
• Current State OT license
• BLS certification
