Occupational Therapist Pediatrics PRN

Provides therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, and education to patients in pediatrics. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team and monitors treatment activities. Completes evaluations and treatment plans, and documents services per department standards.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited OT school
• Successful completion of clinical internship
• Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred
• Current State OT license
• BLS certification
