Job Description
The Quality Data Analyst position applies analytics to support St. Charles Health System's strategic priorities and drive Quality System Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The incumbent will be required to live in Central Oregon and work on-site at least 3-4 days per week and remotely 1 - 2 days per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in statistics and Business Analytics, Computer Science, or other quantitative-oriented field
- Three years of experience in a position using analytics
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- Ability to meet St. Charles Health System driving requirements
- Certified Professional of Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) within one year of hire
