(NP) Nurse Practitioner

St. Croix Hospice seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide skilled medical care and support to patients and their families during advanced illness. The ideal candidate values meaningful patient connections and autonomy in their practice.

Requirements

• Hold a current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state(s) of practice.
• Degree from an accredited NP program required.
• Minimum two years of RN experience; preferred hospice or palliative care experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automobile insurance, and ability to pass background and drug screening required.
