Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license
- Degree from an accredited NP program
- Minimum two years of RN experience; preferred hospice or palliative care experience
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automobile insurance
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
