Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner position at St. Croix Hospice in Denison, IA. The NP provides comprehensive hospice services under physician supervision, evaluating patient health and developing individualized care plans. Must have current NP or APRN license, RN experience, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) license
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program
• Minimum two years RN experience
• Ability to pass background, consumer report and drug test
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Access to an automobile in good working order
• Automobile insurance in accordance with state and organizational requirements
• An acceptable driving record
