Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar role involving the support of various business applications, such as HRIS
• Good knowledge of enterprise software systems (configuration, tables, transactions, etc.)
• Good understanding of business processes, including maintenance management, project management, materials management, and quality management
• Experience in project management in a structured and collaborative context
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to proactively respond to user and internal partner needs
• Mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing
• Valid class G (Ontario) or class 5 (Quebec) driver's license, with a clean driving record allowing for insurance coverage
