Business Analyst - Human ressources

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum (5) years of experience in a similar role supporting various business applications, such as HRIS
• Good knowledge of SAP functional components (configuration, tables, transactions, etc.)
• Strong understanding of business processes, including maintenance management, project management, materials management, and quality management
• Project management experience in a structured and collaborative environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to proactively respond to the needs of users and internal stakeholders
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver’s license, Class G (Ontario) or Class 5 (Quebec), with a driving record that meets insurance requirements
