Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist evaluates and manages patients with physical impairments to maximize their functional abilities. Designs and implements individualized treatment plans and educates patients on preventing or managing conditions.

Requirements

• Doctoral Degree, Masters or Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program or physical therapy certificate
• Successful completion of required affiliations
• Minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting
