Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist

St. Luke's is seeking a Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with physical impairments and functional limitations to maximize their functional abilities. The ideal candidate will design and implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients and their families on prevention and management of conditions, and collaborate with other healthcare providers to promote optimal health and wellness.

Requirements

• Doctoral Degree, Masters or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program or physical therapy certificate
• Successful completion of required affiliations
• A minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting
