Organizational Development Training Specialist

The Organizational Development Training Specialist will collaborate with internal human resources partners to support key business and people objectives through targeted facilitations and development activities. The role will involve learning, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating development sessions for teams across the Network.

Requirements

• Conducts in-person soft skill related training for groups and teams across the Network
• Demonstrates flexibility to travel to any Network location to facilitate in-person training events
• Assists in administration of assessments and the collection of results and materials for scheduled events
