Workforce Development Specialist (Bilingual)

The Workforce Development Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating Workforce Development Programming in partnership with the network and community partners. The role involves building relationships with community partners, creating career pathways, and providing wrap-around case management services to promote career awareness and career exploration.

• Plans the implementation and evaluation of Workforce Development Programming
• Builds and maintains productive relationships with community partners
• Collaborates with community partners to create career pathways
• Provides wrap-around case management services
• Provides one-on-one career coaching
• Plans and implements professional development sessions
• Collects and organizes program data
• Maintains departmental records
• Monitors program expenses
• Serves as a liaison and advocate between the hospital network community and community partners
