Requirements
- Analyzes historical work levels and performance to generate forecasts
- Compares forecasts with actual results to identify variances and scheduling gaps
- Plans capacity and identifies changes needed to meet service-standard targets
- Leverages workforce management software to plan resources and optimize staffing
- Coordinates implementation of workforce planning capabilities
- Analyzes Patient Engagement Partner availability and generates schedules
- Optimizes staffing on a weekly basis to meet volume patterns and improve efficiency
- Performs root cause analysis for operational and business review and planning
- Facilitates recurring meetings with Management Engineering, Finance and Leadership teams
