Bioiatric is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to support the planning, management, and real-time monitoring of the contact center's staff. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, planning, and monitoring of staff distribution, aiming to ensure the desired level of services and optimal utilization of human resources.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Reporting, or Contact Center Operations
- Understanding of basic WFM concepts (Forecasting, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Shrinkage, Service Level)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (types, pivot tables, analysis)
- Experience with CRM reporting tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
