LiCBT Practitioner-Medicare Mental Health Check In (Identified Role)

We are seeking Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clinicians to join our Medicare Mental Health Check-In program as LiCBT Practitioners. This role will involve delivering structured, culturally safe, evidence-based mental health support to individuals in a virtual-first model. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cultural safety and community perspectives, with experience in CBT or structured therapeutic interventions and a commitment to improving outcomes for First Nations consumers.

Requirements

• Deliver structured LiCBT interventions tailored to individual needs
• Provide culturally safe, person-centred care in a digital environment
• Conduct risk screening and escalation where required
• Develop and monitor goal-based treatment plans
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation
• Participate in clinical supervision, reflective practice and development
