Wellness Coordinator

We are seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our team at St Vincent's Hospital in Darlinghurst. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, manage bookings and finance tasks, and support practitioner onboarding. The role is a maximum term part-time position, 12-month contract, 32 hours per week.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-level administration or secretarial support, ideally in a healthcare or hospital environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare policies, procedures, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
• High-level computer literacy, including MS Office and experience with clinical systems such as Cliniko and MOSAIQ
• Experience or understanding of billing, invoicing, and administrative processes within health or allied health settings
