Job Description
As Quality & Compliance Lead, you will build and manage our quality management and compliance for AZAV-certified training offers. You will ensure that AZAV, ZFU, and other regulations are met on a permanent basis, including GDPR and a practical framework for AI Governance.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in quality management at a AZAV-certified education provider or a professional organization, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Very good knowledge of AZAV (bearer and measure authorization) and relevant regulations in the education sector
- Completed studies (e.g. business, social, law, or educational science) or comparable qualification
- QM additional qualification is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of data protection law (GDPR) and data protection management, as well as willingness to deepen
- Interest in AI guidelines
- Very good MS-Office skills and IT affinity
- Experience with project and knowledge management tools (e.g. Asana, Confluence) is a plus
