As a Customer Strategy Lead, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop trusted relationships, ensure strategic alignment, and continuously enhance products and customer experience.
Requirements
- Develop trusted relationships with client executives
- Own customer retention and proactively manage renewal risk
- Evangelize Stackline solutions and identify upsell and product extension opportunities
- Understand customers' e-commerce goals and position Stackline's products and services to address their needs
- Partner with clients to ensure value realization from Stackline insights
- Gather feedback from clients and act as a voice of the customer internally
- Contribute to a positive working environment by training and mentoring CS team members
- Act as a resource and subject matter expert for team members
