Site HSE Manager (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Site HSE Manager to further develop the HSE program and implement it at the site in accordance with the global STADA HSE program. The successful candidate will have a qualification as a safety officer or a comparable recognized education and at least 5 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.

Requirements

• Qualification as a safety officer or a comparable recognized education
• At least 5 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
• Very good knowledge of relevant standards and laws (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ASchG, BImSchG)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured way of working
• Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
