Site HSE Manager (w/m/d)

We are seeking a Site HSE Manager to further develop the HSE programme and implement it at the site in accordance with the global STADA HSE programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an HSE master plan, conducting site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and accident analyses, as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal HSE standards.

Requirements

• qualification as an occupational safety specialist or a comparable recognised qualification
• at least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
• excellent knowledge of relevant standards and laws
• very good German and English language skills
• strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured approach to work
