Job Description
We're looking for a Research Manager who will support research and development for the Chemical and Process Engineering group in the field of Fluid Process Engineering. The role involves executing complex projects, managing teams, and driving innovation and technological leadership.
Requirements
- PhD in chemical engineering with 5+ years related experience or a MS degree in chemical engineering with 10+ years related experience
- Related experience in fluid process engineering with significant experience in research and development
- Experience in fluid process engineering areas such as distillation, flow sheet simulation, absorption, column fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, heat exchangers, or extraction
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong managerial and technical leadership skills
- Ability to manage operating budget as assigned
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
