Job Description
Join a Mission-Driven Team as a Staff Accountant with a strong accounts payable background and contribute to meaningful programs that support the community. This role plays an important part in keeping financial operations running smoothly handling payables, supporting grants, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience with a strong AP focus, not for profit a plus
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using accounting software (Blackbaud)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and teamwork across departments
