Job Description
Staffing Solutions is excited to partner with our client to identify an HR Generalist to support a forging operation with a primarily hourly workforce. This is a hands-on, plant-based role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Manufacturing or industrial settings experience
- Ability to balance approachability with accountability
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Payroll processing or administrative experience
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
