Job Description
Support Technician II for onsite IT operations, administering and troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure, with occasional travel.
Requirements
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows client and server machines.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure.
- Configure and troubleshoot Barracuda and SonicWall firewalls.
- Perform on-site duties including server/host troubleshooting and installation, backup appliance installation and configuration, and firewall and switch installation and configuration.
