Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Compliance to join our leadership team and oversee all regulatory, legal, and accreditation activities to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and manage the organization's compliance program, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to federal and state laws and regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission/CARF standards, and behavioral health licensure requirements.
- Provide compliance training and ongoing education to staff at all levels.
