Job Description
We are seeking an HR Director to lead the development and execution of our human resources function, building and implementing foundational HR programs that inspire and engage our team members, while bolstering our mission to provide patients with the highest-quality care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience developing employee relations, policies, and programs for both hourly and salaried employees in fast-paced environments
