Job Description
Join our team as a Trauma IOP Counselor and help individuals navigate the complexities of trauma and co-occurring mental health challenges. Our approach combines evidence-based therapies, a trauma-informed perspective, and a supportive community to empower our clients in their healing journey.
Requirements
- Masters degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
- Specialized training or experience in trauma-focused therapies (e.g., EMDR, TF-CBT, Somatic Experiencing)
- Experience working with IOP or similar outpatient programs preferred
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles
- Excellent communication, organizational, and therapeutic skills
