Assistant Director of Nursing, VN Program

Assistant Director of Nursing for the Vocational Nursing (VN) Program. Partners closely with the Director of Nursing to support program operations, faculty performance, and student outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university with coursework in nursing, education, or administration
• Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (BRN)
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a nursing education program or related discipline
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as full-time faculty in a pre- or post-licensure nursing program
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience teaching in an online or hybrid learning environment
• Minimum of four (4) years of continuous full-time experience (or equivalent) as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care within the past five (5) years
