Assistant Program Director, Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Stanbridge University is seeking an experienced Assistant Program Director for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program. The role supports program operations, faculty performance, curriculum implementation, and student outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution with coursework in nursing, education, or administration
• Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (BRN)
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a nursing education program or related discipline
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as full-time faculty in a pre- or post-licensure nursing program
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience teaching in an online or hybrid learning environment
• Minimum of four (4) years of continuous full-time experience (or equivalent) as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care within the past five (5) years
