Requirements
- Deliver and set up medical equipment in customers' residences or healthcare facilities
- Educate customers on proper use and care of equipment
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Manage territory to reach service goals
- Resolve customer equipment problems
- Fulfill administrative needs and process orders
- Promote services and products to referral sources
- Develop technical knowledge of medical equipment and services
- Assist with quality improvement
- Maintain home oxygen systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
- Report equipment hazards and incidents
- Participate in on-call and call-back program
