Requirements
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders, helping define the right questions and translating business challenges into clear research objectives to create well-designed research plans
- Lead end-to-end primary research (qualitative and quantitative), from study design through analysis and synthesis, interpreting data to generate clear, actionable insights
- Connect research findings to strategic implications for our brands, guiding campaign messaging, audience engagement and initiatives
- Establish and elevate research best practices, ensuring rigor, clarity, and business impact
- Manage external research partners to deliver high-quality, actionable outcomes
- Contribute to building a strong, consumer-informed culture across the organization
