Consumer Insights Director

The Consumer Insights Director will lead and evolve a high-performing consumer insights function to inform organizational strategy, communications, and audience engagement efforts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, audience strategy, brand strategy, or related fields
• Significant experience leading and developing high-performing research or insights teams
• Deep expertise in consumer and audience research, market segmentation and persona development, brand equity and perception research, messaging, narrative, and content testing, and insight synthesis and strategic storytelling
• Strong experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Experience influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives
