Regional Field Manager - Orlando

We are seeking a Regional Field Manager to identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in Orlando, mobilize them to take action, and drive policy reforms that open opportunities for all.

Requirements

• Identify activists in various parts of the state who are currently - or could become - leaders in their local communities, and motivate them to advocate for change
• Equip local leaders to advocate for changes consistent with principles AFP believes in
• Organize events to engage the public through phone calls, social media, and face-to-face interactions
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors
• Stay in regular contact with activists to keep them motivated, educated, and active
