We're seeking a Business Development-AD to join our team in Beijing, China. The role involves implementing client acquisition strategy, achieving segment growth objectives, and building a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Key responsibilities include strategy, business, processes, people & talent, risk management, compliance & control, regulatory & business conduct, and other responsibilities.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance or related discipline
- 5 years of SME Banking/CIB Banking experience
- Prior experience in sales management
- Experience in handling corporate customers, specifically to small and medium enterprises (SME) preferred
- Knowledge of cash management, trade, FX and wealth solutions preferred
- Good marketing, communication, and interpersonal skill preferred
- Willing to work under pressure
- Proactive, positive attitude, customer oriented, self-motivated & a strong champion of teamwork spirit
- Good command in written English preferred
