AD, Business Development-HZ

We're seeking a talented Business Development professional to join our team in Hangzhou, China. As an AD, you will be responsible for implementing client acquisition strategies, working with stakeholders to achieve targets, and executing go-to-market market strategies. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client journeys, scripts, and offers, and will work closely with the segment, product, and other stakeholders to understand target client profiles, value propositions, and performance standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients, partnering effectively with CIB/Affluent to identify and action collaboration opportunities, and leveraging CRM systems to track performance, manage the pipeline, and ensure strict process adherence.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or related discipline
• 5 years of SME Banking/CIB Banking experience
• Prior experience in sales management
• Experience in handling corporate customers, specifically to small and medium enterprises (SME) preferred
• Knowledge of cash management, trade, FX and wealth solutions preferred
• Good marketing, communication, and interpersonal skill preferred
