The role of Associate Director CRM COE is a senior position responsible for developing, managing and implementing policies and procedures to drive sustainable risk and reward trade-offs for the bank, with a focus on SCB proprietary unsecured lending products. The successful candidate will work with in-country credit risk analysts, CRM COE, and business/product teams to refine products and go-to-market strategies, formulate credit risk strategy, and manage and evolve the Group Credit Policy as pertains to unsecured lending.
