Job Description
As a Business Development Officer, Employee Banking, you will achieve set targets in terms of number of accounts and sales volume for Employee Banking, increase the customer base, capitalize on cross-sell opportunities, and communicate with clients and potential clients for sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong selling and inter-personal skills required convincing customers and selling bank products
- Creativity in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products
- Initiative and drive to achieve set targets and service standards
- Organisation skills (Campaigns, Promotions, Mail shots, seminars etc.)
- Adherence level of Bank’s policies and procedures
