Job Description
The Business Development-SUZ role is responsible for implementing a defined client acquisition strategy for SME banking, ensuring daily sales activities align with the bank's overall growth objectives. Key responsibilities include articulating the bank's value proposition, executing a go-to-market strategy, and delivering a consistent and compliant sales process for new client acquisitions.
Requirements
- Actively implement the defined client acquisition strategy for SME banking
- Work with stakeholders to ensure achievement of Segment-view acquiring targets
- Expertly articulate the bank's value proposition and execute the go-to-market market strategy
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client journeys, scripts and offers
- Be directly accountable for achieving the targets for acquiring new target clients
