Responsible for managing the CFCR function in Taiwan, providing support for Taiwan on the delivery of the SCB financial crime risk framework, and overseeing the execution of the various Group CFCR frameworks within Taiwan.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant practice in managing risk, legal, compliance, regulatory and financial crime risks
- Substantial experience in the banking industry
- Sharp business acumen, strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills and multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Understanding of best practice risk management techniques and frameworks
- Deep understanding of the key features of relevant laws and regulations in-country relevant to the Group
- Sound judgement on business practices, regulatory relationship management and reputational risk
